About
I work at the point where operational reality meets data. My background spans high-volume retail and community program management, so I've spent a lot of time close to the people who actually use a report, which shapes how I build them: focused, readable, and pointed at a decision.
I'm currently completing an MS in Business Analytics while building out a portfolio of dashboards and analyses in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R and Python.
Every chart I build has to answer a question someone's actually asking.
If a number needs a paragraph to explain, the chart isn't done yet.
The job doesn't end at the visualization, it ends at the decision it drives.
From moving to the US to competing in water polo, managing a club, and studying analytics, each step built the same skill: reading patterns and making the next move count.

Before analytics, there was water polo. Years of competing and later coaching taught me the same discipline I bring to a dashboard now: read the situation fast, stay calm under pressure, and make the next move count. Running programs at Topaz Water Polo Club today, I still see that overlap daily, the same instinct for spotting a pattern in a game applies just as well to spotting one in a dataset.
